Founded in 1981 by Vietnamese-Chinese brothers Heang Korng and Try Chieu, inspired by their mother, Madame Kim, Hoa Nam started as a small family workshop producing Asian cuisine. It grew to become a pioneer in the French Asian agri-food industry, and it’s now a European leader in exporting fresh and frozen Asian dishes. Led by Philippe Chieu from the third generation, the company blends traditional recipes with modernity and has around 90 dedicated employees.
