There is an origin, Galicia, and there is a flavour: that of traditional Galician bread. Our pizza base is inspired by it, made with sourdough and a mixture of premium flours chosen from mills in Cea and Naples. Our recipe is completed with a rigorous selection of gourmet ingredients.
With our suppliers, most of them are small companies in the region, we share the demand and taste for natural and high-quality products. We choose the best in their field.
