It all started with a trip to Japan. More than 20 years ago, we began the tasks for the cultivation of Yuzu (citrus junos) in Europe, beginning with the importation of the highest quality plant material available in Japan to our fields in Valencia. Since then, we have used and processed our own yuzu juice and rind to make a wide variety of products, from our Yuzuki sauces to essential oils.
