RESURRECTION is a leader in producing healthy, organic biscuits from co-products. We utilize brewery byproducts, apple pomace, and soy okara in our three product ranges. Our focus on R&D and innovation drives our business. The journey began with beer brewing, where we realized the wastefulness of discarding malt residue. Passion for culinary experimentation led to the creation of our first cracker range, RESURRECTION, committed to organic, local, circular, and artisanal principles, giving co-products a second life.
